Trunk Or Treat at First Baptist Church Naples is always a big hit in Collier County.  The event is on October 31st and serves as a non-scary alternative for local families with Trick Or Treaters to dress up and collect candy in a safe environment.

For several years Susie Sammon has been representing Operation Soldier Care (OSC) at the  Trunk Or Treat event to hand out candy to the children. In addition, she hands out a fact sheet to parents to help raise awareness of the mission work of OSC and how we have and still are helping U.S. deployed troops year after year. This year she handed out a trunk load of candy and over 200 fact sheets.  Way to go Suzie and thank you for efforts in spreading the word!

For the event Susie was sporting our new Operation Solider Care t-shirt with her camouflage pants as she prepares to hand out candy to the children.

Her poster display reads “Operation Soldier Care (OSC) began in August 2003 sending care packages to our troops serving in Iraq, Afghanistan and the Persian Gulf area. OSC is implemented through many First Baptist Church of Naples Bible & Life Groups providing hope through Jesus Christ!”

It was a successful night for the children and for the Operation Solider Care Ministry. We truly appreciate everyone for stopping to see Suzie at Trunk Or Treat to learn more about OSC!
